Adults aged 18+ looking to enter, return to or progress in hospitality and service-led roles. No previous experience is required for our foundation level training, we focus on practical capability, professional confidence and workplace readiness.
Our first programmes are the Professional Presence and Networking Etiquette Workshop and the Practical Hospitality Foundation Course. Additional practical development programmes will be introduced as business needs evolve and as KAMBAXENIA continues to expand.
The Professional Presence and Networking Etiquette Workshop is planned for November 2026, followed by the Practical Hospitality Foundation Course in early 2027. Register your interest to receive confirmed dates, locations and enrolment information.
Practical, industry-informed learning delivered by hospitality professionals with operational experience, using realistic scenarios, guided practice, demonstration, feedback and workplace application. Our methodology is clear and effective: Learn → Practise → Demonstrate → Apply.
We work with employers to understand current workforce needs and use those insights to keep our practical training relevant to the workplace. Eligible learners may receive LinkedIn profile referral, a KAMBAXENIA letter of recommendation and introductions or signposting to relevant opportunities within our developing employer network, employment is not guaranteed and hiring decisions remain with employers.
We collaborate with employers, education providers and employability organisations to strengthen the connection between practical preparation and workplace demand. Employer insight helps keep learning relevant, while partnerships can support expertise-sharing, learner opportunities, workforce development and joint initiatives. Learners who successfully complete an eligible programme receive a KAMBAXENIA Certificate of Completion and relevant completion documentation. Additional recognition, including a letter of recommendation or/and LinkedIn referral may be available based on participation, engagement and demonstrated performance.
